Watch 30 Rock

30 Rock is a hilarious and critically acclaimed comedy that airs Thursday nights on NBC. Created by and starring comedic genius Tina Fey as quirky Liz Lemon, the series is set at the famous 30 Rockefeller Plaza, home of the NBC studios. 30 Rock follows the ups and downs of the fictional sketch comedy show TGS, which is based on Tina Fey's experience as cast member and writer on NBC's real sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live.

Each week, 30 Rock takes you on some absurd adventure revolving around the comedic all-star cast or one of the many celebrity guest stars which have included television and film superstars. Always on the cutting edge, episodes of 30 Rock have taken on subject matters as diverse as gay rights, geo-political affairs and current trends in the media.

Starring along Fey is Alec Baldwin as uber-conservative General Electric CEO Jack Donaghy. Always concerned about TGS's profitability and providing plenty of opinions regarding TGS's content, Liz Lemon and Jack form an unconventional friendship in which Jack offers his unfiltered guidance and advice on everything from relationships to business success.

Adding to the cast is Tracy Morgan who plays a character that is a basically an exaggerated version of his real life self and is cleverly named Tracy Jordan; Jane Krakowski as Jenna Maroney and egotistical and self absorbed b-list celebrity who is clawing her way up the show business ladder and Jack McBrayer as Kenneth Parcell the dimwitted NBC page who turns a 12 month internship program into his lifelong career.

The dialog on 30 Rock is quick, the jokes are solid and the references and catch phrases stay with you. For fans of comedy, 30 Rock is definitely a must watch show.
